I just had worst customer service experience at this post office. The guy at the counter was intentionally trying to deceive me all the while rejoicing in his incompetence. I read the reviews and this is a theme with this guy. What is the post office doing about this? Please get someone that cares about customer service and that is competent

The heavyset gentleman who works here was an absolute nightmare. It took him 30 minutes to send my package, I think he purposely took forever. He got the address wrong multiple times, and tried to convince me to send it with the wrong address!! Shocking level of bad service, even for the USPS

I never write reviews, but this place and the person who works behind the counter is so bad I just had to. Mostly rude, literally yelled do you know what are in your packages, claimed adding 3 pounds to a box I accidently underweighed would cost over 100 dollars. Look at all the reviews, a post office averaging 1.7 stars really takes some worseGo to the Greens Farms post office instead, the people there are incredibly nice, helpful.

Can't deliver a package to an address that's been available for over 65 years reef road everyone knows where it is but yet they say there's no such address ridiculous

Worse place ever went to send a letter with tracking they tried to charge $27.00??? Rude like they don’t want no one to go in for service, close the place if you don’t want to provide service don’t recommend this place to no one.

The staff at this location is incredibly rude & do not ever speak clearly. Who hires people like this?? They are in a customer service position but somehow make you feel like they couldn’t be bothered with you, the customer. If they don’t like it, they should leave, we’d all be better off!

This location lost one of my packages dropped off through the deposit box. Unreliable!!!Update; now a total of 2 packages were "lost" when using the deposit box located inside the store. And since I didn't have insurance I cant get any refund or compensation for their incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES TO BE DELIVERED

thought it was just me having bad encounters here... sad to see every review is also terrible and nothing has been really done. the staff here is incredibly rude and doesn't not speak clearly and now with the register shields it's even harder to understand them. The staff makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing them by needing to mail items. Will not be going here anymore.
