I just received a large, fragile light fixture that the store packed and shipped to me out-of-state. It was perfectly packaged. From my first call in, when I spoke with Eric, he was great and helpful, to Mike, who did the packing, it was a great experience.

Mike dealt with a hostile customer (me) presenting a problem not of his stores making. He assisted me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. I was severely unhappy calling in. After speaking with him, I understood the issue and was happy with the resolution. Truly appreciate him dealing with me in such a patient, honest way.

This Saturday, I was shipping a rather large chair and Sean recommended what I should do. I later returned and he created a box and shipped it out perfectly. He was courteous and very patient with me.

I went to the UPS store this morning to return an oversized Amazon item. I wasn't able to fold the item to fit in the bag and I couldn't get it to fit properly. Mike, one of the employees, was really helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to assist me and made the process a lot easier. His positive attitude was much appreciated.

Today I went to this UPS location in Fairfield and I couldn’t see the guy at the counter’s name. But when we came in 15 minutes before closing and we said hello how are you.
He responded “ I was good.”
And we only brought in 9 packages. We’ve also gone to Danbury UPS about 7 minutes before closing and they treat us way better and we also bring more packages there. I wouldn’t go there again.

Mike, the owner at the store in Fairfield on Post Road (store 5773) is phenomenal and I will go out of my way to go there when I need any services from UPS! He is down to earth, friendly and professional. I needed help and he went over and above to help me out! I cannot say enough about him and this location! GO THERE!
