I have used them 3 times for our bathrooms and hallway remodels. They have a huge selection to choose from. Everything came in quickly and in perfect condition. On top of the many choices I can't say enough about Robert the store manager. Robert helped us with all 3 of our projects. He was very knowledgable, patient, personal, friendly and funny. He made us feel like we were his only clients. He helped us match up tiles and showed us things we overlooked. Roberts assistance with our remodels was a very enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Tile America and Robert.

I walked into Tile America and met Robert Russell, store manager. What a delight he was, a visionary. He showed me combinations I would’ve never dreamed of. He got me thinking outside the box. I can’t wait until my bathroom is complete, to see his vision come to life. When Robert wasn’t around, I enjoyed Robin who helped me complete the process. I would highly recommend Tile America, not just for their fabulous inventory of tile, but also for the talent and personalities of the store. Janice

I had the pleasure of working with Robin Raab in the Fairfield showroom. I purchased a new construction in Monroe, Robin helped me tile 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a back splash. Her expertise made my decisions the perfect choices. I love everything choice/decision I made with Robin. I can't wait to have her over to my new condo so she can see her designer touches. Walked into the Fairfield Ct. store this morning to look at tiles for my kitchen backsplash. Mr. Russell came up to help me. First he looked me up and down with disdain because I guess I didn't look wealthy enough to purchase tile from him. He showed me a few samples and then left me in the aisle to fix a computer problem. I guess that computer issues are more important than customer satisfaction. Run don't walk away from this establishment, but if you are forced to shop there, make sure you have deep pockets. So glad I walked out, for which he didn't bat and eye and found a lovely store in Bridgeport. Note to self Mr. Russell, don't judge a book by its cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
