Yesterday I saw an office chair on sale and I liked the look and how it felt when sitting in it. The sale discount was $100. I was not surprised to see that it came disassembled in a box, with a reasonable extra charge to have an employee assemble it for me. He seemed knowledgeable, alert, and responsive. Happy.

Fairfield store was great. I was immediately helped with finding my specific item and out of the store with no delay. Very helpful and pleasant store associates.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, good product selection, well-organized and displayed selection of products. I'm always able to find what I need, and the staff are always able to help me with more niche products when I need them! Absolutely recommend!

Went into the store to make copies. My card was not working at the copy machine. Got into line, the associate says the machine only accepts debit cards. Instead of rectifying the issue, he proceeds to check out two people who arrived after me. And ignores me, never again. Do better.

I gotta say Abe in the printing department was awesome… he helped me and my Mom with a very difficult project. He was patient and gave us great customer service. He will be my go to guy from now on with our poster needs. The TMNT prints came out great.

To check out in this place is almost impossible! Today one customer couldn't walk around to the end of the line so cut in front of me with a large order. There were 2 cashiers one cashier rang up a chair on one register then moved to another register to ring up a customer that was waiting there. Ok my turn next. Nope that cashier told ne he couldn't ring me out because he was building a chair! Well guess what happened.....I put my merchandise down and walked out! I will order my merchandise on Amazon!!

Worker said he would have to send me to self service for printing when I was in long line waiting for help don't understand instruction and I also needed to get card so had to go back in line service suck is slow and half the machines wasn't working would not recommend bro is just on computer able to help other people but you expect me to know what to do you can't help people in line for things you say is simple so it should be easy disappointing staple

I needed some flyers completed and the employee Sam was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and quick. He literally saved the day for me and another customer that day. Great job Sam.

The worst Staples in Connecticut I went to go print something and all it was giving me was blank pieces of paper and charging me 0.58 I go to the lady she was Indian with a red shirt and she tells me to face copy down to print i did that and it was still giving me blank pieces of paper so I went over there and said excuse me like 100 times and she ignored me don't go there it's the worst staples and then all the machines were down for maintenance and we sat there for over an hour and nobody came i left pist off

Sadly after four times of my copy job not being right or ready I'm calling it quits on this place. Poorly run I will never come back again. One star for the employees who are at least nice. I feel sorry for them.
