I have been here a few times. But since I no longer run, I haven't stopped in at all. My most recent visit was to ouch up race bibs for the black rock run this June 2024. The staff can't be any nicer. That's the thing about local running stores, the attentiveness is unbeatable. And I wasn't even shopping there! The place is fairly spacious. They had sales racks outside. There's free street parking on post road. I went on a Friday morning so I got parking rather easily. But at peak times you might have to circle back a couple of times or park farther away and walk. I don't run but I'm still an active person. So I will try to frequent and support them more often! No pictures, so that gives me even more incentive to go back! Ha!

I’m sorry but had an awful experience at the store in Fairfield this weekend. Disappointing because I am a longtime Fairfield resident and usually have great experiences when I shop or eat in town. Recently had surgery and needed sneakers to wear during recovery. Had crutches and although employee noticed me, made no effort to open the door or assist. He said he really wouldn’t have my size and basically dumped me when another customer came along looking for a “cooler” brand. He also said he had only seen standard foot brace like mine once or twice before (so weird because my PT down the street highly recommended this place). Just feel like the management should know because I have always heard amazing things.He really didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Went to Hawley Lane Shoes in Shelton and had amazing experience there instead.

I just visit the store on Fairfield CT, and I like to leave a very satisfactory reviewAs soon as I enter the store, I was great bye Kiley immediately she offered her help and start assisting me it made me feel very, very welcome. She’s a very lovely, happy cheerful, very knowledgeable and very kind. She help me so much that I even purchase 4 pairs of shoes she made recommendations was very attentive to my needs and went way and beyond to be sure I got the write shoos I need it and even do I only want it 2 pairs I end up buying 4 because her recommendations help me realize that I can benefit my self with the extra 2 pairs!!!I also so the interaction with customers of Regan and Dan and it was also fascinating the patient and attention to their customers needs!!!I will definitely go back to the store for more shoes and clothes and I will definitely recommend the store to all my friends

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. She must have brought out 50 ( slight exaggeration) pairs of sneakers until the perfect pair was found. She was also very personable.

Great customer service! I worked with Dan and Phil and they measured my feet on the computer and then suggested a few different orthotics. After spending almost an hour with me and closing the store later than usual, I chose an orthotic that I am happy with. They are very knowledgeable and make customers feel important, regardless of the amount of the sale. Probably one of the best retail experiences you can have in Fairfield.

Really loved the service here. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything, yet Eileen was SO knowledgeable and helpful - even had me take a short jog with the running sneakers I eventually purchased. The layout of the store is excellent and product lineup thorough. Her associates were friendly too! I will be returning to grab future pairs. Thank you Eileen!
