First let me say, I had quit Russell Speeder's membership, and actually came back, because their service and quality is better than anyone else around. Second, I just left from their Fairfield location. I was finishing up, and noticed some sticky residue on my hood. A young man named Steven, an employee, came over and said "I have something for that." He returned a minute later with a product that not only took off the residue, but he then proceeded to buff out a TON of other little scratches on my hood and side doors! Completely over and above service. It's this kind of attention to detail and customer service that will always keep me coming back. Great job, Steven!

Amazing establishment! I went here on 8/19/24 and had a great experience with the entire team but specifically Jason in the front! He was so caring towards us and enthusiastic about the wash pass it encouraged me to sign up! This carwash is so special in the sense that they have detail products and brushes, which I have never seen anywhere else! Jason was amazing and I believe he should be a manager based of his customer service skills and his knowledge of the carwash and how it cleans the cars. Thank you Russell Speeders and thank you Jason!

High pressure sales to get you to buy the monthly pass. Paid for a simple wash that left dirty spots everywhere. Got yelled at for wiping the dirty spots off saying that I could not use the cloths to fix their subpar wash job. Will never come back to Russel’s
