The staff was wonderful with my son who broke his arm. One of the worst days were made better by the care and compassion they showed and I can’t recommend them enough.

My experience here yesterday was excellent. The young woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I was prepared for a long wait---which I think you have to be if you're going to go as a walk-in---but that did not materialize and I was in an exam room maybe 20 minutes after being greeted at the front and filling out the necessary paperwork. The nurse and X-ray techs were very kind and sensitive to the pain I was in. I was seen by Dr. Bryan Sage, who struck me as competent and compassionate. He showed me my X-rays and explained them, listened to my questions, and provided helpful answers as well as a clear path forward. It isn't easy being in health care these days, yet the staff here made choices to treat me cheerfully and well and I'm grateful for that. Recommended.

They charged $90.53 cents for a brace that is sold at Walmart for $27 (amazon for $21). I had asked for the price before agreeing and they responded with "Depends on how much insurance covers".Service was great, seek more info on what they sell you before accepting.

VERY RUDE FRONT DESK.Been here a few times. Docs have been okay. But most recent visit, front desk was so rude and bad attitude toward me for no reason. Will try my best find care elsewhere. Not worth it.

Really nice staff. Service was great on a Sunday. The alternative would have been a long wait at an emergency room or going to an urgent care that doesn’t specialize in orthopedic injuries.

Billing and Communication diabolical.Charged a support ankle support boot that retails around $80 my insurance $400. When I tried to understand the reasoning behind this, I was unable to reach anyone. I left multiple voicemails. There is no email contact, and even resorted to using actual mail to getvoicemail. To date, the is still an open unknown question.There were other billing questions unrelated to the one above. No one answers the phone, and leaving voicemail is worthless.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I WAITED 3 HOURS TO BE SEEN. I waited 2 hours in the main lobby and another hour in a cell w/o a window. These folks have no regard for your time.

In my opinion, OSG is providing bad post op treatment to their patients & need to immediately review their procedures. OSG Dr performed major surgery on my family member & every step of the way made it extremely difficult to obtain painkillers. Expectation was set by the Dr before & after surgery that weeks of painkillers may be necessary. The Dr would only refill 2.5 days at a time. A patient that just had major surgery can’t hop in a car, drive, pick up the Rx, bring it to the pharmacy. So every ~2 days I had to drop everything to pickup the Rx a process that took 2 hours of my time each time. My family member stopped taking Rx on schedule because they needed to save pills or would run out. My family member was in so much pain OSG made him/her cry, stressed, & traumatized multiple times because of this 2.5 day policy. They weren’t even initially accommodating when it would be a weekend & supply would run out when they were closed. IMO completely unacceptable & unprofessional. They claimed they were not allowed to order enough pain meds due to state CT law. My spouse is a surgeon in the same town, so that is a lie. They told me to ask my spouse to fill our family member's Rx which is completely unethical & unprofessional. So why is OSG not filling Rx electronically like everyone else? They use a waiver that they printout with each Rx. Their staff claims its a technical issue where it is extremely difficult to make the system connection while other staff claim OSG does not want to invest the money. Its required by law. Why OSG thinks they need a waiver raises eyebrows. Also absurd is that they have so many Drs working at each location that only the Dr that performed the surgery will refill the Rx & it must be picked up at whatever location the Dr is at that day. They again lied & claimed that was the law but my spouse says at his/her practice they fill for each other’s patients all of the time. OSG Dr performed two major surgeries on my family member & in total I probably spent 60 hours driving to/from OSG & physically dropping off the Rx.

Great experience! I came into this walk-in clinic for knee pain, recommended by a nearby urgent care doctor. Dr. Bryan Sage is great! Communicated & explained course of action with additional testing and PT. Total time an hour and 15 minutes, which was great! I highly recommend OSG, friendly staff! Go in and see Dr. Sage!

Fyi this place is walk in clinic so you can't make appointments. I see some negative reviews about wait time, but that's a given with walk in places IMO. Also, the receptionist was very nice so maybe they replaced or did some training? Anyways, I went in when I dislocated my shoulder. Waited for like 10 minutes. They x rayed my shoulder first and because there was a small fracture in my humerus they had me go in to the ER due to the possible complications that could happen. Eventually got fixed up at YNHH. I definitely didn't want to have to go in to the ER but appreciated the quick diagnosis and bedside manner of everyone at orthofast.

While the medical staff is good however they are never less then 20 minutes behind. I've been there 6 times between two kids and have had to wait up to an hour. Either they don't respect their patients time or they are being run very poorly with a total lack of efficiency. They should have their amounts receivable staff train their scheduling and operations staff.
