This review is specifically for the best sales experience I have had in a very long time. Victor Colon Jr was professional, accommodating and respectful. Car sales has a reputation of being manipulative so I’m always looking for the catch in the deal. Victor put all those concerns to rest with his honest demeanor. My wife and I immediately felt that he just wanted us to be happy with whatever vehicle we ended up in. I recently got overcharged from my auto insurance company for not giving them proof that my car was turned in. I called Paul Miller Nissan and they immediately helped me out and sent me what I needed. Kasha I specifically want to thank you so much for your help! You made turning in my vehicle very easy even though I did not purchase it from your dealership. And you ended up being the one that helped me getting what I needed for my insurance company. Brian Long and his team have been assisting me with purchasing company vehicles since 2020. I live out of state and they have always made it simple to get me what I need, overnight paperwork, and to complete the sales and delivery in a timely fashion.

Kasha was very kind and friendly, easy to talk to and very courteous. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and appears to know her job very well. She was very willing and ready to help us even though it was coming close to the end of her workday. I was out of a car as my Mercedes stoped on me while at work and I needed a car immediately. She made it work out and I was able to take the vehicle I wanted home the same day. Big thumbs up and I appreciate her hard work in getting me what I needed and also walking me through the steps in a timely manner.✨✨✨✨✨

Bit higher in pricing but always treated with respect, Kasia very sweet salesperson trying her best to make u happy with a purchase. Mr Miller present on sales floor is always noticed.
