Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield is the best car showroom that I ever cross in my life. And Stanley helps me from start to finish patiently even tho I asked a lot of questions. This is my first time experience with Mercedes but I don’t feel very awkward because Stanley is very helpful and so welcoming.thx y so much

We had an issue with another MB Dealer and brought our car to this dealership. The service manager gave us great advise about or car that saved us thousands. Would go back to them for service or purchase because of their honesty and service.

My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield was extremely good. The dealership was honest, transparent and respectful at every step of the sales process. The sales consultant Stanley Alvarez was exceptionally good and perhaps the best car salesman I have ever met in my life, ready to help at every step, ready to answer any and all questions.

Buying my new Mercedes C300 from MB of Fairfield was one of the pleasantest commercial experiences I’ve ever had. All of the personnel with whom I came into contact exhibited outstanding professionalism, and even more importantly, an attitude of wanting to cater to my wants and needs as far as finding the car that was exactly what I wanted. Compared to other car dealerships with whom I’ve had experience lately, they put them all to shame. The bottom line is that, from the General Manager on down the line, they are a great bunch to do business with.

I did a service A here for my Mercedes E class. After I checked out realized there's a scratch on the side skirt of the car, below where the lifting jack mounts. Called the service department at least 5 times, to check on this issue and got the usual answer of we'll check the cameras. I gave up but just letting other people know of what kind of dealership their going to.
