Hi! Brought my new 2023 car in early for its first oil change. Service was speedy and everyone was nice. My issue is I requested my car not be washed and it was washed anyways. My paint was littered with digs and scuffs from the car wash. I will try attaching pictures but it is difficult to photograph. I hand wash to avoid this issue. Mistakes happen I get it but the car is expensive and the service is equally as expensive. Ultimately, my car was damaged with no resolution. They strive for 5 stars but really it was a 3 star experience. I did previously fill out the direct feedback survey and left my name and contact info but have not heard back.

Anthony C always takes care of me whenever I bring in my car. He knowledgeable about what work is emergent to do and what can wait so I never feel like I am fixing things prematurely.

My only complaint is that the car is no longer washed after servicing. Came back dirty after being left out in lot.

I had a terrible experience with the Mercedes Benz service department. The parts manager Harry was rude and dismissive when I asked a question. I received paperwork from Mercedes because I wanted further information regarding it and he immediately said no we can’t do it without any explanation until I asked, he then advised he would need a part number. Why not say that first and provide customers with a detailed explanation instead of the immediate no and dismissive answer very unsatisfactory customer service.

I brought my car in for a recall. They broke my sunroof and then tried to charge me $700 to fix it saying it was an 'unfortunate coincidence' that it broke while in their care. Avoid this place at all costs.
