“Friendly staff. Great place to shop for a quick and affordable outfit. Sometimes the check-out line is long but it's usually because of other customers being difficult and holding up the line -- not the cashier's fault. They could use a couple more cashiers but staffing is tough these days -- so I don't mind waiting.”

The staff are always so nice and friendly. If I'm struggling with finding a size for myself or a family member they are right on top of it calling other stores to locate the item or size and will ship to you r home without a cost to you.”

“Jane + Mercer is the best place to shop if you need any piece of clothing. The whole staff is helpful and kind but Chrissy has gone above and beyond any retail associate expectations I had. Each time I come in she is helpful in creating new outfits pulling pieces for me and just all around helping me build my closet! I don't know what I would do without her!! I drive almost an hour to this store because it's THAT GOOD! This store is amazing with so many unique and basic items and the price tag makes it even better.”
