We had a wonderful experience with Nick at Mattress Firm this week. He was honest and has a huge knowledge base about a lot of things, and particularly, he knew his stats about every bed in the store! He did his best to match the bed to our needs and issues, and we are very happy with the customer service, integrity and fun we had with Nick! He was just a delight to work with and I have already recommended him to my daughter. We are so excited to receive our bed on Friday and highly recommend Nick and this store for the best price, information and honesty around. Well done !

My husband and I just bought a new mattress and box spring from Nick at the Mattress Firm in Fairfield, CT, on Black Rock Turnpike. He was friendly, informative, and FUN!!! He helped us find our new mattress set, and we feel he gave us a good deal. We loved working with Nick!!! UPDATE: Our mattress and box spring were just delivered by Yusuf K. and his partner. They were VERY friendly and fun. They helped me to put zippered covers on both the mattress and box spring. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Nick and Daniel were extremely pleasant. We went in looking for a new mattress for our first apartment. The customer service started on the phone when I inquired about certain beds being in stock in store, Nick was helpful and efficient both in store and on the phone. My boyfriend has back pain so we went with a bed that was best matched for us. Daniel helped us out as well towards the end. Overall knowledge , humor, and amazing customer service were a 6/5. Shoutout to Nick and Daniel :) (give them a raise)

Nick at Mattress Firm was excellent. Very knowledgeable and patient and never once pushed me to buy. He was able to beat a competitors price and earn my business. If you are in the market for a new mattress I would suggest asking for him by name.
