In-store experience was good. Need better real-time tracking. Maybe utilize portable scanners for barcodes to track quantities, locations and availability status. Sales rep Nigel was eager to hunt down inventory, tearing the store apart, mattress by mattress. LOL

I recently purchased a refurbished mattress from Elayne at the Fairfield store on Post Road. She was very knowledgeable and arranged for delivery the next day. The delivery and removal of my old mattress by Omar Cueva was perfect, not a mark on my newly painted staircase. Thanks for the help!
