The staff was wonderful to work with and did a great job on putting our staff logo on some jackets I had ordered. They were quick and very helpful answering all of my questions.I enjoyed talking with the owner and I will definitely be using them again soon!

Omg what a bad experience.!!! I parked there to get my grandson a birthday present and a rude man yelled at me about my parking and said I was taking up two spaces. He said "get out of here and park over there." Horrible. I will never go back.

Always a great selection, and Jimmy Mac is the man when it comes to all things lacrosse. The big guys and those online outlets don't have the service and personal touch that MacWear has.

Ronan was Helpful My Buddy Bill Was in the store on Saturday and right after He left He Called to tell me to get down to store right away Because My Son and Daughter Needed a few new things and I go there and I was met at the door with a Hi How Can I Help you I told him What I need and he went to work He asked My Son and Daughter and few things and he went and got everything that they Needed.

Macwear is GREAT!!! There is nothing like shopping at a local retailer. How many times do you get help from a business owner in todays retail world. While I love the convenience of Amazon and selection at Dicks Sporting Goods, etc.....there is nothing like shopping at a specialty store like Macwear, where the owner offers his expertise and you get personalized service. I hope everyone continues to support local businesses like Macwear, I certainly will for all my kids Lax needs.

Absolutely no customer service and staff is flat out rude. My wife bought a starter kit for my first year lacrosse player. The sizing was completely off and when I compared the pricing online I discovered that she was completely ripped off. Two days later I returned the gear (still with its price tags and in its original packaging) and they refused to give a refund. When I told them the sizing was wrong they blamed my wife!!! Additionally, we ordered the online apparel for the program our son is playing for and the quality was awful. It looked like it was made for the circus. Very unhappy. Will not be returning

My wife had purchased a starter lacrosse kit from Macwear in Southport while I was on a business trip. When I arrived home the next day, I was shocked by the price she paid. I asked her to return it since we hadn't yet used or opened it... The owner of Macwear said that all merchandise can only be returned for a store credit - not your money back despite this not being listed on the receipt. In addition, he was quite rude to my wife and hung up the phone. Maybe I'm old school... but this is not how a man should speak to a lady. Very disappointed. Will not shop at again... he lost a lifetime of sales to a family with three young kids. Spend your money elsewhere.
