“I brought in the dress I wore to our daughter's wedding. It had a noticeable stain on it, but the dress was custom made and was silk, so I was very concerned that the treatment to get the stain out might result in the dress being ruined. Tenise helped guide me. The first cleaning application did not get the stain completely out. I did not want to sign a damage waiver for a more aggressive approach, so Tenise offered to try again to get the spot out without taking a more aggressive treatment. The stain came out! Thank you Tenise and Fabricare! This is not the first time Fabricare has worked its magic on a stain. A year or two ago, a bottle of red wine was knocked into my lap, and all over a white silk blouse. While I had little hope they could get the stain out, it came back as white as the day it was made - no sign of red wine anywhere.”
“I went here last weekend for the 1st time and the owner Brian was working there. What a great guy! Great place to do your laundry too. I came in at 745 with 5 huge baskets of laundry. I thought they closed at 10pm (my fault) they close at 9pm. I needed advice on which washers to use and he took his time to explain which washers and cycles were best for my laundry despite knowing I only had limited time. He even helped me get the laundry done so we could get both get back home! He even stayed open a bit later to make sure everything I needed done was complete. Highly recommend this place over the other local laundry mats on and around Tunxis Hill where I've had less than savory experiences with. So refreshing (pun intended) to have had a good experience while doing laundry.”

“I’ve been coming here for years and find the owner and all his staff very helpful and attentive whenever I have any questions or issues. Most of my problems are simply user error so I appreciate their patience with me. Sometimes there is a machine or two that are out of order but they said they will be getting all new machines soon so I’m excited about that.”
