Overall the experience was very good and the team was helpful in sorting out a few order issues and processing refunds accordingly. Particularly, I worked closely with Patty in design services and am grateful for the collaboration. Coming into the project, I had a good sense for the aesthetic we wanted, but no real experience with renovations. Patti was an excellent partner and helped in guiding us through the selection process room by room. She was patient and helpful while not being overly assertive. We learned things from her as we went along and I felt that she listened very well to what we were saying and came up with good ideas that would compliment our vision while staying within color schemes, budgets, etc. She was thorough and thoughtful in checking in and following up to see how progress was coming along with the renovation and even helped troubleshoot an issue that wasn't really her fault with one of our orders.
