Helpful staff, good selection of a wide range of hobbies, always great to visit a brick and mortar store selling model kits. Definitely have some great RC options too.

Wasn't impressed with the new ownership have been shopping here for years now the stock sucks and customer service wasn't great no longer stocks woden airplane models or decent wooden ship models I probably won't be back places like this make it more appealing to shop online

Spent $500 the other day and they never asked about my account or gave me credit for the purchase. so now I'll have to contact the company and try and get that fixed. And I would make sure to check if they applied the discount to items that say 25% off on the box becuse they'll look right past it and try and charge full price. I live to far to go back. Hobby Town Stamford was so much better.

Chris, Ryan, and Mike are a power team with fantastic speed, service and quality! I highly recommend bringing your RC cars, truck and helicopters to see this team at HobbyTown of Fairfield! Definitely more of a toy store than a hobby shop. They are seriously misinformed about the hobby and lack the fundamental knowledge to answer hobby grade questions.

You just don’t see toys stores like this anymore. Nothing but toys and hobby stuff all over the place. It kind of reminds me when I was a kid and we would go to the toy store and get to see so many options. I was looking for a simple Family Bingo set and was lucky enough to find one. The staff was very helpful in locating what I was looking for.
