When you call the location phone number, you get an automated machine so you cannot ask questions regarding your bill. Other charges showed up on my bill and I wanted to know why. No answer! Frustrating... !

I note the bad experiences of others. I was fortunate in my experience thus far. I dropped off a one-way rental here without issue, and picked up my current rental ahead of time and in less than 3 minutes. Also got an upgrade thanks to my GM status, I think. Keep up the good work thus far.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you make reservations ahead of time and be prepared for the fact that the vehicle you want may not be available. I had a great experience regardless of everything
