My first trip here was to get a sled for my daughter due to an upcoming storm. I was incredibly delighted I stopped by Hemlock Hardware. I found the sleds within a second, but walked around for about 15 minutes amazed at their inventory. I told my wife and she went in, on another occasion, and was equally delighted and excited to have this store in our town. The store employees were incredibly friendly and helpful; content to let us wonder, but quick to answer and show us anything we might be looking for. On our third trip, together this time, we signed up for the loyalty card, as we will definitely be back!

Shows items in stock, you placed the order online and then they cancel you order, because it is not in stock; what a wasted time!!!

Hemlock is a great locally-owned and locally-operated hardware store that has never left me disappointed when I've needed something. They are so much nicer to deal with than the big-box stores.

I came to Hemlock Hardware looking to buy a Weber grill. The store was neat and organized well and had great customer service.They told me they would deliver the grill fully assembled for free the next day. They ended up showing up shortly after with my grill, along with a long ladder I couldn't fit in my car. Looking forward to using them moving forward.

Hemlock Hardware is a fantastic local hardware store. They provide top-notch customer service, always ready to help you find what you need for your projects. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Never going to order from their website again. Super slow delivery! When I called to ask why my order wasn't delivered in a timely fashion they didn't offer to find out or expedite it any any fashion. The older guy with white hair at the cashier's desk offered a snide comment to me about calling me when my item was ready. He was not friendly and couldn't be bothered (and there wasn't any one else waiting to be checked out!). Not going back there anytime soon!

Not the hardware store it used to be, more about outdoor cooking and expensive coolers. I often have to go to the other hardware store in town to find what I need to complete projects or repairs.
