Early Saturday morning, I was driving down Route One in Fairfield when my car started making a loud grinding noise. We pulled into Fairfield Tire and Auto and Adam and his wife took excellent care of us. He drove my car around the block, then pulled it into one of his bays immediately! They took the front wheel off where the noise was coming from and quickly found a small rock lodged in between my brake caliper and rotator. They could have told me anything but were honest and very helpful. In addition, they found a small nail in my tire which they pulled out and tested the tire. Again, they could have told us anything. Instead, they said the tire was good to go and not worry about it. This was very refreshing. As they worked on my car, they explained showed me what they were doing and explained everything. They charged a very fair rate and we were very pleased. Adam and his wife (and small dog behind the counter) deserve mine and your future business. This is the way a business should be run!!! I live several towns away but will go out of my way to buy my wife's new tires there. Thank you Adam!

I'm my 50 years of live I've been to many tire shop repair centers, and this is by far the worst one. They service members were rude and unprofessional. They even went as far to flirt with my 10 year old daughter when I was showing the members my tire.

I had a strange issue with Lugnuts and complicated as to who’s fault the issue sprang from. It was a bit of a mystery and Adam was so very helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem and what I needed to do next. Also extremely fair and went out of his way to help me. Really good experience

They are nice folks, however if replaced wheel bearings go out after only 18k miles then there was a problem with the install or cheap/faulty parts. I can't go back here anymore, not worth the aggravation.

We have been going here for a few years now. They are so honest and do great work. Their staff is nice and they all wore masks during Covid. I never ever feel oversold to or feel they take advantage of you.

Don't trust this place!!!! Whatever you need they will definitely find addtiional things THAT YOU DON'T NEED to attempt to up sell. I don't find these people honest even with the simple task of changing a tire. They will attempt to sell you a set of tires!

We were long time customers, we've been there for emissions and servicing before. I decide to make a mistake and go to these guys for installing new rear brakes since I trusted them. Keep in mind that the Audi A6 has a computer system so the parking brake is electronic. I have them replace it, and they do the worst job that a mechanic can do. I end up having problems days later (parking brake engages and will not disengage) and I left my car in the front of the house for a few weeks without touching it. I know for a fact that my brakes were not fixed like that before since both sides were identical after being lifted up for a muffler replacement right before I went to this place. It's not just about the job though. I go back and try to explain that the mechanic (Scott) did this job. HE put the zip ties on an Audi brake kit! IMAGINE! Then the other mechanic starts lying straight to my face and telling me "don't tell Scott he did this because you'll offend him". I don't care about Offending him, I care about my car and how you guys can not be honest and true with me. Wouldn't you think that highly trained professionals who work for a reputable company would at least have the mindset to tell a customer that zip ties were being used on the brake kit before working on them? Even then, they should've told me about this problem since they want to accuse me of lying. I am never going back here again. $271.98 right down the drain with these guys. They are liars and thieves, and every time you leave, I guarantee a problem will come on with your car.
