I have been coming here with my children since 2015 and I can't say enough about this facility. Each program they have excelled in and I am a very proud momma. I highly recommend this company and their coaches are exceptional!!!

I've noticed that the GCA might not be the right fit for everyone. In my last class, my 3.5-year-old daughter was upset, stating that the instructors weren't nice. While I personally don't interact with them directly, her distress caught my attention. Despite her typically social nature, she felt ignored when trying to greet the instructors before class. The only warm welcome seemed to happen at the start of the class, which, in my opinion, doesn't feel very welcoming. I've also received some nit-picky comments about my daughter's behavior, like 'she doesn't like to share' or 'she didn't listen in class,' and given her age, I expect some of these behaviors. Moreover, in instances where my daughter was crying during class, the teachers didn't address or try to soothe her. I had to physically remove her to calm her down. There was even a class where a girl pulled my daughter's hair, and the teacher scolded her for pushing back, which seemed unfair. After my daughter started yelling, I decided it was the last straw and chose to withdraw her from the course.

My kids went to GCA for years, I can say that I have done birthday parties there (highly recommended for younger girls) taken one of my kids to parkour (highly recommended for little kids) and also had my kids participate in the cheer and dance teams there as well. Ive seen multiple coaches fired for drugs and other inappropriate behavior. If your child has any advanced skills, they will be hindered due to some of the coaches' failure to push some of the return athletes to grow or mature in skill level (You will pay exponentially for your level 3 cheerleader to compete/practice below their skill abilities). Actual skill or talent does not supersede favoritism at this gym. The lesser advanced athletes will always get the most opportunities for special performances. If you want to be at a gym for 5-10 years or more, practicing cartwheels and arials and cheating your turns on your heels, this is the gym for you!

We are VERY disappointed with GCA Ninja. Today (1/31/2020) we arrived for the same class my three daughters had been attending for 5 months to find out that they had changed the time from 4:15p every Friday to 4pm. This means my kids missed 15 minutes of class. I expressed my concern with the man at the front desk who apologized for the oversight of not notifying us last Friday, nor sending an email to notify us.

Our younger boys have been taking ninja zone classes for over 2 years. They love it and added parkour this summer. The coaches are both encouraging and disciplined - a good combo.

My opinion for the parkour classes has changed the coaches are nice but the price for only 1 day a week keeps rising, but that is not the main problem the people at the front desk is. One day I called them about a problem I had. I called and spoke to them very politely but for a reason I don’t know why, they had a very attitudish tone and even threatened me . Overall: they have changed to much, got rid of to many coaches and needs to hire people with better manners
