This store was excellent in service and options for tile
Many employees assisted us but I have to commend Christian most of all. He was professional; knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
He went over and above !!!
I tried to tip him he refused to accept it. That’s very unusual and speaks volumes of his ethic and character .

I’m a contractor. I returned a box of flooring that had some ends damaged. The store manager wouldn’t accept because I damaged the box. He said how I’m I going to resale it. How do you resale a damaged box?? Not the

We came to floor & decor to look for tiles for our new bathroom and Angel helped us every time. Angel was such an amazing help, had a lot of patience with us, and genuinely dedicated time and effort. He made us feel heard, understood, and made our experience very comfortable. If you ever need help, ask for Angel.

Excellent customer care and attention. They gave us our space to shop while still being very available and helpful with everything we needed. They’re knowledgeable and friendly and that was at closing time! They did not rush us and were very pleasant. Will be coming here again for our next project

We had a bit of an issue with a bathroom vanity we purchased on line .
Justin assisted me and he responded quickly and professionally. He is a great representative of the company. I would recommend this store - If you are shopping for flooring or bathroom fixtures go there - you will be glad you did

Helpful staff, seems to be very reasonably priced, was able to get really nice interlocking vinyl waterproof flooring for my bathroom that mimics stone tile perfectly and looks great , tons of options at the store,…, that said, you have to buy large rolls of underlay as it only comes in n one large package and I did not even require half the amount… unfortunately it was the same for threshold molding. I only needed a 24 inch piece and I had to buy a very large 6 foot piece! It’s like Staples or Costco… you have to buy in bulk even if you only need a little!

Picking tile is definitely overwhelming, the store has so many great options. Justin C was very pleasant and extremely patient with us, as we walked down the aisles exploring options. He was also very cognizant of our budget and ensured we left totally satisfied!

We have just completed a sizable renovation at our home in Madison ,CT and used Floor & Decor for both materials and design services. Overall the experience was very good and the team was helpful in sorting out a few order issues and processing refunds accordingly. Particularly, I worked closely with Patty in design services and am grateful for the collaboration. Coming into the project, I had a good sense for the aesthetic we wanted, but no real experience with renovations. Patti was an excellent partner and helped in guiding us through the selection process room by room. She was patient and helpful while not being overly assertive. We learned things from her as we went along and I felt that she listened very well to what we were saying and came up with good ideas that would compliment our vision while staying within color schemes, budgets, etc. She was thorough and thoughtful in checking in and following up to see how progress was coming along with the renovation and even helped troubleshoot an issue that wasn't really her fault with one of our orders. I would definitely work with Patti again and would recommend her and Floor & Decor to others.
