Maggie and I have been working with Seth for three years now. He has been extremely influential in our growth and development since the very start. He personalizes our workouts to focus on not only our strength, but also improving in areas specific to our sport (Ice Hockey). He also gives us great nutritional advice, and emphasizes the importance of recovery, while also working on it with us. The environment is Fit Club is extremely welcoming and positive, as it is not Seth creating this dynamic, but also the other trainers as well. Everyone who works there cheers us on and gives us great tips. Thank you Seth!

I’ve never felt stronger or more optimistic about my health than since I started working with Seth. First, he addressed my mobility, balance, flexibility, and pain. He gave me a daily warmup practice to do at home so I get the most out of our sessions together. He is prepared and intentional with a well thought out plan and the science and experience to back it up. He teaches the “why” behind the work and we have great conversations about mindset and motivation. It’s challenging and fun.Everyone at Fit Club is warm and welcoming. It’s a great vibe.

I have been working with Seth for about 4 years now and have been more than grateful for his training. He has helped develop me as a lacrosse player in many different ways - strength, agility, and conditioning. Training with him has also helped me mentally push my limits. Every day is a challenge with him and I know I’ll leave Fit Club a better athlete each day. The community at Fit Club is a great environment and super friendly as well. I would definitely recommend to any and everybody who is asking for a great gym to go sign up for. Thank you Seth and thank you Fit Club!

Love Fit Club for their classes and Personal Trainers. I work with Seth Miller and he is an amazing personal trainer: highly focused, attentive to your form and technique and invested in getting the best results and avoiding injury. He also creates interesting and varied workouts to best suit your needs on the day. I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout twice after a full year of 2x/week sessions. My strength has increased as has my mobility and I move less hesitantly both on and off the court.100% recommendGreat results :-)

I’ve been training with Seth Miller for one year now and can confidently say that he’s the most knowledgeable and dedicated personal trainer I’ve ever worked with.Seth is passionate about providing his clients with the best experiences and has worked with me to develop a personalized workout plan that addresses my specific health goals. In fact, Seth was kind enough to provide a (multi day) hotel gym workout plan given how often I’m traveling for work so I don’t fall behind in my training. Seth, most importantly, pushes me to get the most out of my 45 minute sessions with him and I truly couldn’t recommend him more for anyone looking to take their fitness and health seriously.

My 13 year old son has been working out at Fit Club with Seth for the past year and loves it. He is learning how to lift weights correctly and safely - and looks forward to going each week. Would highly recommend Fit Club - very professional, flexible, high energy and fun. Seth is great!!!

Joined Fit Club after turning 55 ! Seth Miller has changed our perspective on fitness. His fast paced, ever changing workouts hold us accountable while motivating us to go outside our comfort zone. Coach Seth Miller at Fit Club has massively contributed to my growth in the weight room and on the basketball court. He is very encouraging and pushes me to be the best I can. 8 months ago I was headed for shoulder surgery. I started working out at FIt Club with Seth Miller, now I’m back to full work outs, rock climbing, archery and everything else I love doing. Seth has helped both my sons. I amazed at his ability to understand injury’s and create workouts for recovery. I love that there are always new exercises. Happy to be back. We have been taking our son to Fit Club for personal training for about 18 months. When we first started, we were thrilled that in our our initial months, Coach Denise was able to engage our son and get him moving, developing coordination, strength, and concentration, all of which are areas of challenge for him, and while having a great time! In the following year, we were able to transition to strength training with Coach Seth, and it has been incredible to see the muscular development, motivation, hard work, and PRIDE that has come from the expert coaching and developed relationship. Our son loves his sessions with Seth. We highly recommend him!

I joined Fit Club my senior year at Fairfield U and loved it! I always looked forward to going to ultimate fitness classes every morning. All of the trainers are amazing and have a lot of fitness expertise. I also did personal training with Jesus and the program really helped me become the strongest version of myself and overcome a chronic knee injury I’ve been dealing with. Whenever I visit Fairfield, I always come back to Fit Club for a great workout ?

I love Fit Club and all of the trainers and staff. There is something for everyone, and every day is different, challenging, and empowering. It doesn’t matter if you’re working out next to athletes or novices-the trainers expertly provide everyone with a workout that supports their needs. I’ve been coming to Fit Club for a solid year now. I followed Jesus from a previous gym. When the pandemic hit, I felt lost, insecure and truly at rock bottom. Once the gyms opened up again I found my way back to working with Jesus.Let me just say - there is nothing quite like this gym. I have a relationship with (almost) every single trainer in the facility. Coming here truly brightens my day. This squad knows how to bring the best out in you.I’ve been working on a strength training program with the 3 major lifts. I’ve seen success at every session. Not only is my physical self improving, but my mental health has tenfold.Jesus, Raleigh, Jess, Ottis, Seth and everyone else here are pure gems. I joke about hour sessions not being long enough because I truly feel like I found my fit fam.I do personal training but observe their classes and 100% recommend them. Everyone here has something to offer, whether it’s advice, a shoulder to cry on, or motivation.As Elle Woods said in Legally Blonde: exercise makes people happy and happy people don’t kill their husbands.
