If i could give 10 stars i would. After getting incorrect information from Mercedes, I had my car towed to Fetzer and they took care of me as if i were family. If you have a tire or rim issue and live in the area, no one better!

Once again, everyone at Fetzer was courteous and explained what needed to be done. This time, I needed a new rear wheel bearing.
I brought my car in for a first appointment at 8 am and the car was ready by 10:15.

What can't I say about the guys there. I can say they treated me as they knew me for years. They inspected my car and brought me in the bay and explained everything in detail. They went above and beyond their duties. Fast and reliable as well as excellent prices. They definitely keeping me as a customer. Thank you guys
