“I while back I applied for the Wells Fargo Autograph card and I initial got denied due to some disputes over documents for my old address (I had recently moved). The representatives here were very good about helping me sort everything out. I cannot speak for Wells Fargo as a whole, but the people at this branch were pretty stellar in my experience.”
“I recently moved to Fairfield within the last few years and TD bank on the post road in Fairfield was the closest bank to me. So I decided to join this location. I'm really happy that I did because the staff go above and beyond to help you but one in particular named Corey Not only goes above and beyond but always has a smile no matter how long his line is or how overwhelmed he may be... I don't know if he is or not because he always carry that genuine smile and never forgets to ask how you want your money. Even my dog loves him because he gives him treats. “Didn't go inside. It was after hours on a Saturday. Used my card to open door for atm in lobby. The lobby was clean and open. The windows lined the entire lobby so I didn't feel unsafe. Like everybody outside could see me. Ample parking. I was in and out quickly. There's another atm on the drive thru. As well as a couple drivethru windows.”

“We've been People's customers for 40 years and generally have found them to be very responsive. This Fairfield branch has been our "home" branch for 10 years and we've always been pleased with their service. Recently my computer was hacked and our bank information compromised. A staff member at the bank (shout out to Gina) took immediate charge of cutting off online banking and closing our accounts. When we came in she had all the paperwork prepared to open all new accounts. She's followed this through every step of the way. Unfortunately only those unhappy with service seem to post reviews.”
