Brought my car in for a service B, the convertible worked when I dropped it off and 650 dollars and 3 hours later the top no longer works, expensive, they break things and says it's bad luck. Not to mention operations team is terrible, I had to wait an hour after the work is done because the parts department can't data entry and I can't pay and leave until they do, ridiculous

Long time customer of the penske mercedes benz of Fairfield. Customer service and attention to details has been going down hill. After receiving a small sedan as loaner for my 30k service, I made the request a month ahead at the time of booking 40k service and was being promised a loaner equivalent to my suv. But when i arrived the dealership, they told me theres no loaner car for me and only thing available is a ford suv from enterprise. Mercedes Benz of Danbury never gave me a loaner car less than e-class or gle. Although i still buy new benz from the sales department, now i no longer go to service center for service. I'll drive half hour longer to receive the best or nothing customer service at benz if danbury service department.

Run do not walk. They are awful. They damaged my car, refused to fix it the manager and sales associate refused to return my calls. I had to go to the credit card merchant to get some resolution. They are lazy and sloppy. They detailed my car 3 times before it actually looked decent and told me the outside of the car was dirty....it was snowing with sand on the road, the car was dirty, so were all of the cars they detailed. I bring my cars now to Mercedes of Whiteplains. What professional service. They pick up the car at your house, give you a loner and being your car back, serviced and cleaner than any detail Fairfield did. Fairfield Mercedes is awful. I am giving them 1 star because I have to in order to review them. I would give them no stars if I could

BewAre- this dealer will try to oversell on repairs and parts you do not really need. They push expensive repairs that you do not need and persist as they say it will affect function of the car when it does not- lying through their teeth!! Avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere.

Great experience here today. Fluke problem with my c300 passenger seat - next day appointment available, open great hours, friendly service advisors. Service advisor Shannon and the service tech solved my seat problem for 13% of initially quoted price. Def will return, a rarity for a dealer service provider.

Brought my vehicle (which was running fine) in for a check engine light. Got it back the next day and the light came back on within an hour of leaving and this time something was very wrong. Over a week to get a new appointment and now the it has been sitting there 4 days and nobody can tell me when it will be ready. No proactive phone calls with information and every time I call my advisor, Ryan, is busy.

I was skeptical to bring my C63 AMG to the dealer considering I always work on my own cars but have been too busy lately with a new job but when I brought it in and spoke with Ryan all skeptics went away. It's comforting knowing Ryan started as a technician so I can speak technical with him and he knows exactly what I'm saying and can also deliver exceptional customer service which is exactly what a service advisor should be.

I was one of Ryan's first customers when he started as a service advisor and my first thought was "great I got the rookie" but from start to finish Ryan treated my situation like he was doing this for 20 years and really gave me a service experience I would expect from Mercedes! I will definitely be coming back with my other vehicles for service!

The Service Center held an Octoberfest yesterday, which in part benefitted Project Precious Rescue CT. The event was a lot of fun, offered free Super Duper Weenie food and free safety inspections. There were puppies to hold and dogs to pet. And my car was ready in less than an hour (with an appointment). Thanks for a great event and nice start to the fall season.

Us Mercedes owners expect a level of service that exceeds that of other brands. Rarely do these expectations get exceeded unless you are a customer of the Mercedes Benz of Fairfield. As an avid collector of Mercedes Benz automobiles I have been wowed by the service department in Fairfield. My service advisor Toshe is wonderful. Her level of serviced is to be replicated by all in the industry.

I've been dealing with Mercedes further down the line in Greenwich and Westchester and I was recommended by a coworker to checkout Mercedes Benz of Fairfield and ended up there for service. My SA Toshe was amazing. Very knowledgeable and couldn't make the service experience more pleasant. All my concerns and questions were answered and hassle free. Definitely my to go to dealer from now on and I sure will be purchasing my next car from them as well. Keep up the good Work Toshe and Mercedes Benz of fairfield.

They have a woman named Toshe, she made my experience all the more better with the knowledge and kindness she has to offer. I am not very knowledgeable in cars, but with Toshe's help she took her time and walked me through each repair I was having done. I had a great customer service experience. Mary Rodrigues made the whole experience easy and smooth. They diagnosed the problem immediately and explained the options I have. The repair was timely without any issues. I was really satisfied and will be going to this service center from now on!

Matthew Pikul, the Service Manager, and his team were undoubtedly so kind to me when I was towed to his service shop with a flat tire. He personally took care of me and made sure that I was in and out within a very reasonable time frame without having an appointment and that this was not my regular service dealership. I am very appreciative for the attention, kindness and service that Matthew and his team provided to me, I will be forever grateful and sing their praises.

Okay, so I'm driving from Atlanta to Kingston Rhode Island- my 2017 glc300 seems to be developing a bizarre shake or stutter over bumps at highway speed...I pull into mb of Fairfield unannounced..they took care of me right away! Kudos to Nick, the tech who worked on my vehicle and to Mike the service advisor... apparently it was a "software" issue...all's good now. Well done and thank you
