BewAre- this dealer will try to oversell on repairs and parts you do not really need. They push expensive repairs that you do not need and persist as they say it will affect function of the car when it does not- lying through their teeth!! Avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere.

Great experience here today. Fluke problem with my c300 passenger seat - next day appointment available, open great hours, friendly service advisors. Service advisor Shannon and the service tech solved my seat problem for 13% of initially quoted price. Def will return, a rarity for a dealer service provider.

I had a great customer service experience. Mary Rodrigues made the whole experience easy and smooth. They diagnosed the problem immediately and explained the options I have. The repair was timely without any issues. I was really satisfied and will be going to this service center from now on!
