I recently had a disappointing experience with Fairfield Florist. My kids ordered flowers from them and specifically asked for a printed design to be included with the arrangement, which they promised would be done. Unfortunately, they didn’t follow through with that. The vase we received was scratched up and looked old, not at all what we expected for the price. To top it off, the flowers started wilting and giving off a bad smell within just five days, which is far too soon. I wouldn’t recommend Fairfield Florist based on our experience.

Beautiful florist with stunning flower options and talented floral designers. I gave a price, pointed to several flowers in the refrigerator that I liked, gave a color scheme and mentioned flowers I didn’t want used. The photos are the result. This is the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever purchased and quite possibly the most beautiful I have ever seen. Highly highly recommend this florist.

Horrible experience! I ordered flowers for a funeral. When I called to order the lady on the phone was not helpful or polite. On the date of the funeral the flowers did NOT arrive on time! I had to call multiple times looking for my flower arrangements. The same lady on the phone who took my original order was not helpful or caring that my flower arrangement did not arrive yet. Just stated they would be there before the time of the funeral. After my 4th time calling she said she would follow up with the funeral home and would call me back. I never received a phone call and the flowers showed up a half hour late! No apologies or offer of a discount or refund! Should never have to worry about this on such a sad day! I will never order from them again!

We are very pleased with the quality of the flowers and the service. We ordered from Ukraine for our grandmother who lives in Bridgeport. It was her anniversary. She was very pleased. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Delivery was successful and fast.Even being in another country like Ukraine, it was nice and easy to order. Thank you very much. We recommend to everyone.
