I was lucky to hit the clinic with no one waiting. After a brief screening, I was taken in for my vitals readings, and soon after, a session with the doctor on duty. I was prescribed antibiotics for a serious cold and was out of there within 20 minutes. Easy. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel.

I have never had such a peaceful experience at an Urgent Care until I came to Docs in Fairfield! For me, it’s always difficult trying to find a place to get serviced fast, efficient and with great staff to help along the way. Here, The process for checking in was extremely easy and satisfying. The lobby was not crowded, & staff is super nice! From Rasheeda at the front Desk who checked me in, to Jasmine who took my vitals and my did my blood work and lastly, Dr.Sidana was the best. He’s extremely kind & informative.

The best urgent care I've ever been to by far! They really took care of me and made sure I was comfortable while getting my ears irrigated. There was no wait, and check-in was simple even though this was my first time. Both Tim and Dr. St. Pierre have beyond excellent customer service skills (from someone who has years of experience in customer service). They pay attention to their tone of voice and body language. You can tell the staff here enjoy their jobs. I was extremely impressed and will be back for urgent care needs.
They are also trans-friendly! The check-in process allows you to put both your gender and birth sex so that they can address you correctly while understanding your anatomy! Way better than most.

Highly recommend DOCS Urgent Care. I have been a reoccurring patient as it is my go-to walk-in. The staff is super friendly and helpful; and the wait is never long. My most recent visit I was helped by Tim who was very polite and patient with me through the whole process.

I would give this establishment a zero star if I could solely based off of the management at this location. It’s is completely unprofessional and demeaning to belittle and yell at the staff at the front desk while patients are present in the waiting area! The only thing positive that I will acknowledge at this location are the medical assistant’s that were seen doing their job fast and in a timely manner despite being treated horribly. I highly would NOT recommend visiting any of the Doc’s Urgent Care locations. I know for certain that they have completely lost my business!

Docs is my go to for urgent care and has been for years, I’d recommend this place to everyone. They have an all star staff that is very helpful. I believe it was Tim at the front desk. He went out of his way to help me figure out an insurance issue I had but it was all sorted out in no time. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!
