This is the drive-thru line. Which is better than the in store pharmacy line. There is always a wait & half the time meds aren't ready when they say they are ready. The staff is not at fault. The store is just so poorly managed.

Very convenient and easy parking, but they don't restock their shelves in a timely manner. Empty shelves and low stock on a regular basis.

I love when my doctor calls in a script, I show up a half hour later, am told to come back in an hour. Then, after coming back an hour and a half later (figured I'd give them a buffer), it's still not ready and I'm told to wait 15 more minutes. Zero respect for other peoples time. I'm the only customer in line, you have 4 techs behind the counter. Pathetic.

The pharmacy at this location is consistently very good. Not sure about other folks' experiences, but I've been using it since about when it opened. The current crew is prompt and helpful though actually, I don't think I have ever had a problem with the folks behind the counter. Not sure how they do it, but they seem to hire pretty good people here and I guess train them well. And when there is a line, it usually goes pretty fast. In fact, just recently I had a problem with the insurance coverage for a prescription I really needed quickly since I would be going out of town. Over the phone the pharmacist gave me some good suggestions on how I could fix the situation and pointed me to a coupon opportunity if the insurance wasn't working out. Saved me $150! The pharmacist, Justyn, went out of his way to help me, and it was very much appreciated. An experience that I have actually had a couple of times at this pharmacy. I've tried a few others over the years, but this one has consistently proven to be the best.

AWFUL customer service!! Did not communicate to doctor or us that they were out of stock for pain prescription post surgery until we arrived to pick it up. Too late in the day to switch to another pharmacy. Called at 9am next morning and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to someone and they said it would my be ready until 12:30PM. Arrived at 12:40 and still not ready. Don't use them. We rarely need prescriptions, but when we do items important they are ready when needed. I'm giving my business to Black Rock Pharmacy!!

I used to love this pharmacy until today 3/23/2022!!!I come here all the time! But today the pharmacist were all very rude to me! Very unprofessional getting a attitude with me! Lately when I go to pick up my prescriptionIt is never ready! I’m a very understanding that it may be Busy but my script was called in from the hospital in the middle of the night 1am. Without my medication it can fatal to me! Then I asked very politely can you make it for me! And the girl said I’ll have to wait until after their lunch!So then the pharmacist in the white jacket said he’ll do it!! Great I’ll wait! I went to the front to check out because the girl was giving me bad attitude and body language!1 minute by the time I got to the checkout they called my name! So I checked out 1 minute later I ran to the back to get my script they closed the gate on me! It was so rude! They all got really nasty with me! They just called my name! They did that totally on purpose! I won’t ever go there again!

This pharmacy has the rudest and most unprofessional staff. They do not follow up with you nor the provider they do not take the time to do anything that would cost them a little time. They do not care what the item is or how urgent the matter is they just give you the “I’m busy” and carry on. avoid this location at all costs.
