Was given a fake $100 bill! All that the cashier had to say was ‘the machine counted it’. KIDS COULD SAY IT WAS A FAKE BILL!!!!

Chase bank is a great bank. However, the customer service in the branch is the worst. I arrived there at 4:30, when the bank closes at 5 pm, to get a document notarized, which I did many times, and I was informed that they could not do it for me because the bank would close at 5. Also, they told me I should make an appointment for notary, when I never needed it before. Laziness is the king in that branch. That was not the first time I had been mistreated in the Fairfield branch. I always feel like they are doing a favor for me when the truth is that I pay hundreds of dollars in bank fees every year. I know their customer service is horrendous because I also have an account at TD Bank, and there I feel like a valued customer. Polite people always welcome me in there, and the customer service, in general, is fantastic. I will keep my account at Chase bank because, as I had said before, the bank services are good, and my account has over ten years. The customer service on the phone is also good. But customer service at the branch... Ridiculous!!

Worst customer service. They make it nearly impossible to withdraw money. Not sure what is the point of a drive thru, when have to always come inside to verify who you are. Not exactly easy for a mom hauling kids around. Woman working there is always rude and annoying. I probably switching banks.

The manager, Christopher, was rude, arrogant, and condescending. He was extremely unhelpful and went out of his way to make things difficult. We were extremely disturbed by his actions and had to leave for another branch. He was extremely rude on our way out as well, even taunting one of our family members. I suggest avoiding this branch.

Horrible custumer service!!!! We can't open accounts bc they close at 2pm and we get there at 130pm.

Horrible customer service, manager did not know what they were/ weren't allowed to do, was not allowed to cash a check, even though it was written from their bank. Then trying to tell me my banks policies when they didn't know their own
