The Hardwood Guys recommended Carpet City to us. They have a huge (and overwhelming) selection of carpets, runners, etc.. Dave took the time to understand our lifestyle and needs (dogs, etc.) to guide us through our stair runner options for our grand staircase, back stairs, and stairs to the mudroom. Our style didn't match, but Dave's knowledge of everything carpet made him an invaluable resource. He let us borrow as many samples as we wanted. We made several trips to swap out the samples until we narrowed down our perfect carpets. Once we found them there was no going back. We price matched these exact carpets at another carpet shop and Dave's prices were very competitive. The purchasing, communication, measurement, removal, and installation processes were all seamless. They even disposed of our old runners for us. Can you find cheaper options in Home Depot? Absolutely. What will you find there? Boring and generic carpets. At Carpet City we found truly unique runners that would be impossible to find at mass market retailers. If you want a unique and high quality carpet this is the place to go. We've had our runners for over 6 months now and we love them more and more with each passing day. They're holding up quite nicely with two dogs and frequent use.

We recently utilized Carpet City for some carpeting for our home. We had two custom sized runners made and our staircase carpeted with a runner. The showroom has a large variety of samples to pick from with quality products in a wide price range. Dave was very responsive to offering pricing for the selections we were considering. We made our selection and the scheduling was easy and prompt. When the installers arrived (on time,) they were very pleasant and did a nice job. We are very happy with the finished product. The experience, from start to finish, was very good.

I highly recommend Dave and Tina Montani at Carpet City & Flooring Center! They do fantastic work and the customer care is white glove! They are always there when you need them most with spot on solutions. I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for carpet or flooring advice!

Dave and Tina are great to work with. They have great products and their service is excellent. I just replaced the runner on the stairs and family room area rug, I love both of them. I have done business with them for at least 15 years. It's the only place I buy flooring.
