**WARNING** BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP. STAY AWAY!
Horrible customer experiences. Audi of Fairfield does NOT STAND BY Audi National advertised offers.
I have purchased two new Audi’s in the past 5 years from this dealership and they refuse to honor their advertised lease offers. Example- today is August 28, 2024- Labor Day offer advertisement on their Facebook page -2024 Audi Q4 (model 55, they claim it should be the 50- see ad pic below) is currently advertised for $499/month, 36 months, with $3,894 down (including $7500 EV rebate). Now what this really look like when I went to AOF to lease- $740.63/month for 36 months with $3750 down (mind you I am trading in my lease a few months early with low mileage)
I am now leasing from a dealer in PA for $568/month with $2800 cash down. Please check Mom’s of Fairfield for cross post details. Penske Auto Group should be ashamed!! Zero customer loyalty.

I bought a left over loaner 2023 A4 from Fairfield at a great price and I absolutely love it. I worked with Karina who was able to find it for me and helped me with all the great bells and whistles, even braving a very cold day for a test drive. Looking forward to my next purchase from them in the future!

I had a turbo replacement done under warranty recently and so far I am extremely pleased with the recent work done on my car. Since the turbo replacement, I have noticed a significant improvement in my car's performance. The gas mileage has improved notably, and I feel like I am getting more power to the wheels. Additionally, the car no longer feels like it's stalling, which makes merging on the highway a lot easier. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done on my car and I would like to thank Rob and the rest of team for making this process easy.

Undoubtedly the top Audi service center in CT. From beginning to end, the level of customer service is unparalleled, including initial phone contact to explaining troubleshooting to driving out of the impeccably clean departure venue. They are now my go-to Audi garage. If the level of excellence in the dealership is anything akin to the superior treatment I received at the service center, my next Audi purchase at this establishment will be a pleasure. Sure it's not cheap, but WOW talk about top notch service in terms of transparency having the service technician walk you through your car and show you your break and tred life on each wheel. Love that!
