I’ve been shopping at Ian’s store for over 10 years with two children that are difficult to buy shoes for. I am a runner and I have sent my running clients. They have all been very happy with their experiences. We have bought wrestling basketball, soccer and hiking shoes. If they don’t have it they’ll order it for you and they even sell loofahs, my favorite Recovery sandals, and flip-flops, they have great sales a few times a year !!! All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If they can’t find the right fit, they’ll order some thing for you.

It's my first time at the store but I will definitely recommend it . It's small, personal and prompt service . I highly recommend it and the prices are very reasonable. I am very happy with my new pair of sneakers .

Went to a local Pediatrist who was treating me for foot pain. After never improved went to another Pefiatrist in Norwalk who recommended I go to Athletic Shoe Factory and have one of their "experts" fit me with running shoes! Back pain and calluses caused by wearing the same size shoe since in my 20's (too small) fixed 90% of my problems - Thanks Athletic Shoe Factory!!!

Checked everywhere for my sons baseball cleats and they were either sold out or didn’t have his size. Decided to stop at this shop in New Canaan and it was a Goldmine . The service was amazing and not only did they have his size there were options lol ? we went with the low cut under armor baseball cleats . Definitely recommend to anyone looking for sports equipment.

I have nothing but great things to say about Athletic Shoe Factory! Ian and Alyssa are an absolute pleasure and made sure that I picked out the right sneaker. My dad and I both got a pair of Brooks and could not be happier. Highly recommend!
