This place has the worst service in all of Connecticut. The worker said he didn't know if they carried IPAs. I asked him for a recommendation of Pinot Noir and he pointed to Merlot. Screw this place dont go here.

Obviously a warehouse store offers a great selection but i dont appreciate the candor of the nightime staff which is usually when its convenient for me to visit. I will only consider this store if i am visiting during the day from now on.

I walked in there tonight and said hello to the cashier with a beard, but he was too busy on his phone to say hello back. When I cashed out at the cash register I ask the cashier to choose credit on the machine so I wouldn't have to enter my pin if it weren't necessary as now a days you have to be careful with pins on machines. He caught an attitude with me which included hand gestures and a shrug for my request. This store is located in a dead plaza with little to no traffic. I won't visit this store again and spend money there. There are much better stores in the area with better customer service.

Trashy service to go with their trashy overpriced selection. Easy to find better local bulk stores in the area. Every option here is inflated by at least $3 lol. I feel bad for their regular customers. It’s almost comical. Customer service is nonexistent here. Good luck. I will be referring everyone that works across the street to choose our other liquor store option. The proximity is not even worth the buyers remorse.
