My first time ever goin to Aldis in Fairfield and my experience unsatisfactory due to the customers service I received. The store itself was fine I picked a lot of items for the family but my cashier Alan was nasty and disrespectful. I went shopping with my mother and used one cart. He told us we can’t do that and we need separate carts. I also had items my mother no longer wanted and when I asked what should I do with them. He told me I should have put them back and if I was on a budget I should not have pick them up. Never in my life have I experienced this in a grocery store where an employee was so disrespectful and felt it was ok to talk to a customer in such a manner. This is my first and last time coming to ALDIs .
