Went for a broken ankle and was given a boot. The boot was optional and I asked if my insurance covered the boot, if the boot was covered I told them I’ll accept the boot. They said my insurance covered the boot and I took the boot. 2 years later I’m receiving a notice that I am being taken to small claims for $216.35. Gtfoh

This place does not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance gold plan. They told me I needed to pay out-of-pocket for my visit, even though I was in distress, and I have a gold insurance plan through one of the largest healthcare providers in the United States

The entire staff is wonderful very nice and polite. I arrived as a walk in at a busy time and I didn't know that you had to make an appointment, but they said that they can squeeze me in if I didn't mind waiting. My throat was so soar I didn't mind at all. Thank you

The on call Doctor was Awesome, the nurse that helped me was very patient, professional, kind, and welcoming. The front end staff was Great. My over all experience was overall Great.

I went to my appointment at 5 o’clock only to be told that I’d have to wait. Which is fine but an hour later, I still had not received a call to come in for my appointment. In the meantime, three other people went in after me and had appointments after 5 o’clock. I know things get busy but when you have an appointment it should be honored within a respectful time frame. You don’t take walk ins and have switched to making appointments. I believe you are doing both because your website says that you take walk ins. Picking one or the other would be helpful. You cannot serve two masters.
