This place is horrible. The counter staff and owner are surly and provincial. You get the feeling if you don't bowl or shoot pool with one of them you are persona non grata. The lack of knowledge about the products they sell is prodigious. I regularly use their local competitor who is 40% more expensive rather than deal with these bozos

Lori helped me with a faucet from the early 60's and then helped me again on another project. That is still in the works. She is bubbly, happy, funny and so easy to work with. I cannot believe how many people know Lori! She is well respected and has helped many people with their bathroom designs. She will come to your home too! Full service with a genuine smile.

I work in the senior care industry and come across many families trying to find options to keep their loved one in their home as long as possible. Age in place bathroom options are a huge help to keeping seniors in their homes safely. Lori Frazier is INCREDIBLE with this, as well as any other water/shower/fixture related needs you may have. Dropped in to see what it was all about. Great place, helpful knowledgeable staff that inform and don't push. Wasn't my first stop (I did big box store and was overwhelmed and underserved), but it will be my last. My bath and kitchen will be sourced from here.

I went in looking for a new bathroom fanThe selection is great and everything is in stock or just a day or 2 away. Lori in the showroom knows her stuff! And if she doesnt she have an answer to your crazy questions she gets it for you right away direct from the manufacturer. The quality of the items there are so much better than the box stores.

Customer service at the highest level. My time is always respected to keep me doing my job. A base of plumbing and heating knowledge you could build a skyscraper on.
