We've owned a home in Essex CT for 12 years. The local USPS "Post Office" staff have always been extremely helpful and very professional. We're lucky to have them serving our community!

The service was amazing...! I had to return two items to the Netherlands of all places. From the moment I walked up the stairs, Troy was so helpful. He held the door open for me and then figured out the best/least expensive way to send the two boxes. He combined them for me and helped me fill out the form. Troy was just wonderful. I hope they give him a big fat pension one day. Everyone in there is incredibly nice and helpful.

We moved here recently from Virginia and have been impressed with the friendliness and diligence of the carriers and front counter employees. This is a lovely small town where the carriers are known on a first name basis and they look out for their customers especially the elderly. We are blessed.

I love the customer can do attitude every time I mail something, they are so helpful, kind & helpful. Small town vibe and professional attitude, a great combo!

My package has been stuck at your post office since Friday DEC 20, every time I track it it just says: ACCEPTED: shipment received package acceptance pending.
Tracking told me it should be delivered Monday 12/23 but I did not receive it & there’s NO UPDATE on the tracking info? SO ANNOYED!

Really tired of not getting my mail when there are no signing requirements on the packages, everyone is home, and the weather is perfectly fine. I have zero issues with fedex and ups, your office is the only one i've ever had a hard time with.

my mail keeps being put in wrong boxes. now it's been missing all together for over a week and all they do is shrug their shoulders. now they have been sending my packages back to sender! its Christmas, why are they so inept???? Cannot handle not receiving my Bill's, my orders omg they could really derail my life not delivering my mail. Aren't there laws????
