I have been w Paraco for over 20 years they are top notch. I get a service contract in the Spring that locks in my price for the season. I monitor my own usage and email when I am at a quarter/third and they are out within a day or two. All inquiries are handled expeditiously and I have never had a bad experience with them. Rae in customer service is very helpful and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Was told installation would be free and then received a $1000 bill. I had to call 7 times before someone basically told me too bad, read the fine print. Don't use Paraco Gas, find a reputable provider instead.Update Jan 26, 2023. My tanks are just about empty (5%) and apparently they took me off auto delivery and were going to let me run out of heat and hot water in the middle of winter. What a terrible terrible company. I will be switching as soon as possible.

Want to give a HUGE shout out to Jeff Landen, a tech who topped off our empty(!) tanks recently. He was friendly, fast and extremely helpful in getting us back up and running quickly and safely. We are new to propane, and he helped me understand the process more fully. Thanks Jeff, for saving our weekend! Bravo!

Absolutely horrible when you need them. They made a mistake with my requested delivery. Two weeks later and the tank runs out. I called them several days ahead of the tank running out, and they did nothing. Called the day the tank was on 0, and still did nothing. Comment if you have a reliable provider, I'm in the market for someone new.

I received excellent Service Technician support during the inspection of my Heating System. The Service Technician answered all my questions and was VERY knowledgeable. Setting up my Automatic Payment was quick and easy. Best of all I Love the excellent price for Propane. I am saving hundreds of dollars on every tank fill. Thank You Paraco Gas!!!!
