Mark helped us with an issue with one of our cars this week with the check engine light. He’s very knowledgeable and we appreciated how quickly he looked at our car and helped assess and resolve the problem.
We’re bringing our other car to him next week for a major repair. We have a lot of confidence in Mark and know we can trust him. When we are ready to replace one of our cars in the next year, we will have Mark find our next car for us!

I have been going to Marc since he opened. He delivers top quality work at affordable rates. I have brought him various vehicles ranging from European motors to diesel engines. There hasn’t been a job he hasn’t been able to do and has never turned any of them down. Mark replaced the front struts, springs, and axles on our 2008 Volvo. It drives like new. He is a can-do guy who provides excellent service, is prompt and courteous, charges fair prices, and is happy to answer questions.

Our corvette needed some repair from cleaning out mouse smells to fixing the AC to oil change. We brought our car to Marc who did an amazing job! He had the car back to us within a reasonable amount of time. His communication was excellent and was always pleasant to speak to. I Met mark through work and he’s our go to guy for maintenance as well as any sort of issues we have with our company vehicles. Now I go to him for anything I need done for my own personal vehicle. He’s a straight shooter who is fair, reliable and most importantly he does outstanding work. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and neither should you. Whatever you need, big or small, Marks got you covered. Stopped in today for an issued with an airbag light. Mark was friendly and courteous. Fixed the issue literally in minutes. Just look at his reviews they says it all. If you have car issues just go and see him you won't be disappointing. Don't take my work seeing is believing. There are not many business owners with a work ethic like his! Mark thank you again.

Marc is a real life friendly neighborhood Spider-man. He is always reliable & quick to respond. When I locked myself out of my running car for 45 minutes and exhausted all other options I called Marc and he was there in SECONDS to fix my problem. New England Automotive comes HIGHLY recommended!

We have been taking our cars and trucks to Marc since we moved to the shoreline 8 years ago. Everything we have brought was always fixed the first time and the key to that was fixed. He also does the routine maintenance too!
