I have been trying to send an email to comment on a product that I just received. Every time I tried to send it, it would say my time had run out.The key fob monogramming was not the same quality that I have had previously. The initials were small and the letters not crisp. Not sure who they would have doing this job now but they need to check the quality of what is being sent out. I have been a customer for quite a few years and have always been very satisfied until now.

I love this company. The Workhorse belt is a thing of beauty and so well crafted (in the USA!). Not only that, but I bought the wrong size and their customer service went way beyond my expectations to correct my error. I'll be back!

I recently purchased 3 pairs of Eliza B flip flops which arrived today. So disappointed! They have a terrible ink odor which I hope will dissipate. I am leaving them outside in the meantime. But I am also disappointed in the quality. The fabric straps are much thinner and the sole is much cheaper looking (and looks thinner to me as well). I have always loved Eliza B flip flops but the quality just isn’t there anymore. I miss the old design options but cutting corners is the last straw.

Awesome belt, cool designs, one of a kind. I ordered a belt that was too small. They replaced it without questions. Great customer service. Great product.

My disappointment with the belt sizing has been erased by the phenomenal customer service I received from this company in the process of securing a larger size.

I have purchased many belts and shoes (flip flops and leather) from these folks. Outstanding quality and great fit. Eight years ago I bought a customized collar for our dog. Sadly the clasp broke earlier this year but we discovered that LM would replace the clasp. They said send it in and we will repair it. Alas, they replaced it with a new one and not being sentimental or sensitive— disposed of the original collar. An oops on their part that was disappointing. Moral of the story: be specific on your desired outcome and LM don't be so anxious to throw things out — let the customer decide.

Great customer service. Agreed with other posters that if you have questions on sizing, to contact the company first. It will save you time and money. Having said that - the products are amazing and I love the feeling that I get from designing my own belts.

Updated review: Finally can recommend this company with no reservation. Read their website and check their Facebook page, and if you have questions about sizing, materials, etc, ask on FB or call and talk to the owner. That solved all problems!

Another rare treasure trove of decent human beings serving outstanding customer service! I live in Texas and ordered flip flops through their online store (my second pair from them, because their sandals are made in the USA and are awesome). Only a couple weeks into them a a seam popped, compromising the structural integrity of the sandal as well as its projected longevity. I sent an email with a couple pictures and waited for an "all sales final" reply. To my delight, they cheerfully sent a new pair and apologized (obviously not their fault at all) for my inconvenience. Buy stuff from these people. They're awesome.

Horrible customer service. Never responded to my inquiry regarding their horrible sizing. Great looking product, but don't waste your money--their sizing is terrible. Lots of other options out there--I will be choosing somebody else.

Their sizing is just off, they say to size up 1.5 sizes but it doesn't work. I have an awkward space above my toes. Of course they are all custom. My flip-flops arrived after 4 weeks. I get they are handmade and I could tell they were new upon arrival. They were in a plastic shipping bag which reeked before I even opened it. Once opened I could not be in the same room as the shoes. The chemical smell was awful. They are not worth the premium price. They are pricey flip flops.
