We have loved our experience. There are tons of activities, my kids are really well attended to, we get updates all day long and most importantly, my kids come home happy and exhausted! Kudos to JoAnn and the whole team. As a parent, I feel very safe with my kids here

Our twin daughters have had a wonderful experience in the Infant Room at Essex Kindercare. I am constantly impressed by (and grateful for) the level of communication through the app, as well as the creativity + care the teachers bring to each day’s activities. We truly feel as if the staff have been our teammates in navigating this first year of parenthood!

We are very happy with our decision to send our son to the Essex KinderCare. The teachers in the infant/toddler room are always welcoming and take a genuine interest in his overall well-being. The app makes communication a breeze and the Director and Assistant Director are present at pick-up and drop-off.

We’ve been a part of the Essex KinderCare crew for a while now and we love it! The directors and teachers have been fantastic with our kids. We get updated all day long on how our kids are doing with the app, which is really easy to navigate and they have been so helpful whenever we have questions or need any adjusting of our little one’s schedule. They are very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. The curriculum is great; there is always something fun and educational happening every day. My kids always have been happy when we pull in and come in to see their favorite teachers! I cannot recommend this facility enough!

I love the Essex Kindercare! My two children just started their in October and love their teachers. My oldest is in preschool and both teachers are so warm and welcoming and always up-to-date on my child. My youngest is in the infant toddler program and all the teacher's are so welcoming. They are always on the floor with children and interacting with them. The center director and Assistant Director are always greeting us as we enter and leave the building, ask how we doing at the center and are always available if we need something. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for care.

The teachers at Essex kindercare are extremely unprofessional as my child’s preschool teacher Kylie posts very inappropriate and provocative videos on her Tik tok page and smokes cigarettes on her break right outside of the center.

I was scared enough leaving my child at a daycare as a first time mom and this place was not the best... My child was miserable when he got home. I went to pick him up and he was on the ground, laying in his spit up while the one teacher was on her phone. It made me sad. I get daycare can be a lot and it’s not the best scenario, but when you have to work, you want to trust the place you are leaving your child with

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute dump. They also have a teacher, Kara, who has rage issues and grabs the kids aggressively by the arms. I reported this to them, and to the state - the investigation involved asking other teachers if they've ever seen this, and obviously no one spoke up. But several children in the class all had the same story about how she treats them. I also personally witnessed a rage incident with this same teacher and the director Joann did nothing. Avoid this school at all costs - my son starts kindergarten in 2 days and thankfully we'll be done with this terrible facility. The one saving grace of this place is a teacher named Hope - but unfortunately she has no support and a bunch of admins who don't care about children.

I absolutely love this daycare for my infant son. This was my first daycare experience and the director, head teacher and staff made the transition so easy and comforting. Being a new mom, I was able to learn from them and go with the flow of the transition of care and my son always seems happy to be there. I love having access to all his updates with their app, their facility is safe and very clean, and you could tell the staff enjoys caring for my child. They follow all state regulations and really have some top care and educational experiences. You can see it is worth the cost knowing that your child will be cared for with love.

Essex KinderCare has been an extension of our family for a year now and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. The staff have always been patient and understanding with me as I call and check in several times a day. My daughter responds immediately to the staff at KinderCare when I drop her off and she is comfortable with the staff and so are my husband and I. KinderCare keeps us well informed of our Peanuts progress throughout the day through the app and updates with photos! It’s a real treat for us to be able to see how happy she is and all of the wonderful activities she participates during the day. I highly recommend Essex KinderCare to any parent looking for daycare. I can’t thank them enough for my piece of mind while I’m at work-I know that my daughter is in good hands, happy and safe!

Kindercare has been part of our family for 6 years and three children now. I cannot imagine my girls going anywhere else! It really feels like a second home. When they are there I know they are learning and they are safe with teachers who genuinely care about them. What more could a parent want?
