Although quite short, this ferry ride was very cool. The guys ferrying were very kind. We got a great shot of a small lighthouse on the river inlet. I would ride even if I had no reason to go to the island.

Beautiful marina and little island escape. The people at EIM are helpful, accommodating, and kind. Essex island is like a hidden gem .. gorgeous and relaxing to visit.
