“I needed new tires and had been shopping around for a while. We were looking at our dealership where we bought the car, Town Fair Tire, and then eventually, Essex Detailing. Essex Detailing came back with the best price and was able to get our tires put on the car within 24 hours of making an appointment! They went above and beyond by meticulously detailing my toddler-worn car and by being flexible with drop off and pick up time.
This experience was way better than any experience we’ve had for ANY car service. Town Fair Tire does say that they will match any price, but it’s not without automated voice prompts, and then proving that we got a cheaper price.
