Amy and Tim make the old saying of shopkeepers come alive, that is, "Business goes where it's invited." Despite the fact that the store is well-stocked, they are always ready to accommodate special requests on short notice. As an added bonus, the little doggie in the shop, Shadow, is totally adorable.
