DO NOT put your money in or borrow from Webster. My father passed away and did all his banking with Webster. He had a loan with them that the bank was suppose to freeze the account however they recently tried to come back and bill me roughly $7,000 in interest and fees.

This bank deserves to close. There is no staffing, and when my business needed to add a signer to the account the teller told us we couldn't today because there wasn't anyone to help us. She said it would be easier for us to close the account. So we are and moving our business to another bank.
