This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I went there a few years ago and thought that their staff was very unfriendly. I decided to try it again this past week and it actually has gotten worse. I will never go back there again ever.

This is the worst the two guys working there are putting this place out of business, no customer service skills at all. I ordered my stuff online for half the price. I won't be back to this place.

This place has decent discounted vape juice with a convenient menu. Other than that the buying experience is terrible. The two guys that work there act like you're bothering them when you go there. And one thing I really don't get is that the staff parks so close to the entrance that you have to walk around their cars to get in the building. Literally they block the entrance. Take a left off the exit instead of a right and you will find a much much better vape shop with an incredible Selection.

Great place they got stuff for the boys just need cheer up is my only thing but they will go above and beyond for you and will specialty order a woman that was working there mistreated me due to that she lost her job .. they hired a new employee I haven't met the guy yet nice man talk to him on the phone good guy the older woman that works there is wonderful I'm not into placing names so I'll leave it at that have about everything you need and if they don't just ask and they will order for you ..

This morning I went in and a woman was working, she was extremely helpful, offering her opinions and advice. Very friendly. I've been thinking about buying a new vape for awhile and today I ended up buying one from her. I wouldn't have even thought of buying one here if it wasn't for her customer service and friendliness, and it turns out the one she helped me pick (geekvape 1FC) I absolutely love it so far, just what I was hoping for.
Every single other time I have been here there is two men working, and they absolutely do not want to be there. They hate me, they hate everyone. My advice for the owner would be to spend the extra money to hire people who actually want to be there. They made a sale today that they wouldn't have if it wasn't for that wonderful woman. I think its fair to say that many sales have been lost due to lack of customer service from other employees.

This store is well equipped. Has tons to choose from. Unfortunately, due to the 2 men that work there I am giving 2 stars. The customer service is the worst I've seen in years. They don't help you. They act as if your bothering them by coming into the store. I work to hard for my money. This economy is rough and there are so many vape shops around, why deal with this? I hope the owner or management reads this. By the looks of the reviews it seems to be the top complaint. One of the reasons so many stores close and so many people shop online. I would have gotten rid of these guys a long time ago!

Absolutely terrible customer service when I go to this store. I'm treated like an inconvenience as soon as I enter and the two guys working there are incredibly rude. My friends and I have decided to take our business elsewhere. 6 more customers lost and rising.

Used to be the place to shop but the vibe there is super negative. The 2 guys working there look miserable and if you need anything they roll their eyes and make it seem like you did something wrong. It's not the head shop it used to be. It's more of a vape shop now. After 20+ yrs as a customer I think it's time I move on and hope for the best for them.

Very nice people my girlfriend and I went into vibrations and got a couple things, afterwards went to the grocery store and the car got broken into and we lost the things that we had just bought, They surprisingly gave us a discount on a replacement, which was very nice. beyond appreciated!!! Thank you so much to the super nice lady, things like that are far and few with the ecomony these days..... I've been going to vibrations off and on for probably 20 years and still will not go anywhere else but there huge selection very nice people very knowledgeable with every product

Open Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pmYou can pay with cash, credit or debit cards. You need to have ID and be 21+ to buy from the store. Anyone using credit or debit card it has to be your card and you need the name on your card to match the name on your ID. This is for both the card users' safety as well as the stores. If you do not have your ID with you, you will unfortunately not be allowed to buy per State Law and store policy. Thank you in advanced for your kindness and understanding.Great selection of glass!! The biggest wall selection ofe-juice in town!! Staff is very helpful and the owner is always keeping up on the newest best items to bring into the store. If you want it and he can find it he will do everything he can to get it for you!!
