So, my Wife called to say her phone was no longer working...they said they could only help by sending a text to her phone or to our daughter who lives 30 miles away and not always readily available....no help at all...thank God I use Boost Mobile...$100 phone...$35 a month...and it does all they offer ?

This store has top quality customer service. I visited today (12/22) during peek holiday hours and the store was well organized and all of the customers were being attended too in an orderly fashion. Even in a holiday rush the employees were top notch and the manager (John I believe) was actively helping his customers and team mates. Best Verizon experience ever.

My husband and I went to Verizon store today, and I must say it was a great experience. Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect phone and plan for our needs. I appreciated his patience and expertise. Overall, a top-notch customer service experience that makes me confident in choosing Verizon for my mobile needs.

My experience was...dare I say...pleasant? Came on Black Friday to buy the latest iPhone. Didn't wait too long and our CSR, Audrene, was well versed in the promos and super patient with my many, many questions. There was a new iPad and Apple Watch offer available to anyone who was buying an iPhone (Black Friday special, perhaps?) but after crunching the numbers with my partner (it calls for additional lines and a 3-year contract commitment) we realized it wasn't for us. But Audrene was super patient as we worked it out amongst ourselves. She was also not salty when my kid tracked brownie crumbs all over the store or when we started re-enacting the lift scene from Dirty Dancing in the middle of the store. Case selection was sad and overpriced but I think that's par of for the course.

No service in picking a new phone employees are not available for help and are very rude wanted a new Verizon phone have a galaxy a 10 and wanted to upgrade East Windsor store isn't any better been a customer for 21 years I'll check out other places

I just switched from consumer cellular which had terrible service and they locked my phones when I canceled my service. BUT Verizon isn't much better. I cancelled my internet service with Verizon and paid my bill in full. I was told that I had a credit because I had paid for a full month. Well a day ago I received another bill from Verizon and they added more charges to my account even though I cancelled my account. I contacted Verizon and they couldn't explain the additional charges. Also I only had internet service my bill was the same every month but they doubled my bill for the first month without explanation. TOTAL RIPOFF

Nice people...but if you want the worst deal you can get from Verizon, that's you're store. The Avon and west hatrford stores are so much better...I'll never go there again

I went to this verizon today September 21, 2023 to order the iPhone 15 and the three workers in the store completely ignored me. I walked in and all of them had their heads down. I patiently waited for someone to come over and help me and when one of them did look up and make eye contact with me he instantly looked away. I said “hello” and they all still refused to look at me and it became evidently clear they were ignoring me on purpose. It felt r*cially motivated. (have to censor that or they will delete my review) I will never come back here and give them my money! Never come to this location, go to the one in South Windsor instead!
