“It’s taken me some time to get back to this place to leave a review for Polly and her crew at the barn but I think of my experience often I was blessed to be the wedding planner for my niece some years ago now and every spring time I’m always brought back to how absolutely perfect everything went at the wedding 3 years ago now. I cannot say that every part of the wedding plans went without a hitch but I can say that ANYTHING related to or recommended by the Powder Mill Barn went SOOO smoothly and I’m still to this day beyond thankful for those memories.

“This is a great place to host a child's birthday party. I had my daughter's 5th and 10th birthday parties here. The staff is great with the kids. They have lots of fun activities for them, as well as free play. The way they move things along from start to finish is very organized, and takes away the stress of hosting a kids party. “I attended Oktoberfest at Hilltop Farm in Suffield on Oct. 7th, which was quite enjoyable even though we were hit with a wild rain storm. What a beautifully renovated old barn. Old Country provided the food and it was some of the best I’ve tasted for an event catering to easily over 300 people. The kielbasa, pulled chicken and brisket were so scrumptious that I went back twice! My wife loved the pierogi. Really nice job and the help was really pleasant.
